Terms & Conditions

Payment

An invoice for payment will be sent on completion of work carried out unless other arrangements are agreed on prior to the completion of work. All invoices will be itemized. Payment by bank transfer is preferred, or by check made payable to "Carl Amoscato".

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations to bookings must be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled start of work. If a booking is cancelled within the 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of work, Carl Amoscato reserves the right to charge the full fee for the days booked.

Postponement Policy

A postponement fee of 50% of the total agreed payment will be charged if the scheduled start of work is postponed within 72 hours of the scheduled start of work.

Pay On Time Legislation

We abide by the late payment legislation when paying our suppliers and we assume our clients will do the same. For more information on the legislation please see www.payontime.co.uk.
